Running the Fast Break

Creating the fast break mindset takes practice. It is during practice that a coach will introduce and teach players the decision making skills necessary to fast break an entire game. If players have the necessary discipline, have been properly conditioned, learned to execute their fast break and understand how to employ the tactics of the running game, then the Coach does not need control during a game.

Here are some fast break plays that may help you while you are building your teams fast break abilities. You can use these fast break plays after a rebound, turnover, or even a made shot.
